The Flying Mexican, a luchador inspired restaurant in Barracks Row, is hiring and we are building a friendly, can-do team. If you love great food, great drinks, and great people, we want to meet you. Open Roles Server - Provide excellent service to our clientele. Bartender - Experienced bartenders to create our signature cocktails. Dishwasher – The backbone of the operation; sanitation, dish, and overall restaurant cleanliness. What You’ll Do Deliver warm, engaging guest service and a welcoming vibe. Prep and serve food & beverages to standard (and simple customizations). Jump in where needed: line, bar, restock, run, clean. Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and organized; follow all health & sanitation rules. Help open/close and communicate shift notes, issues, or guest feedback. Stay calm and solution-focused when surprises pop up. Support teammates—FOH and BOH—so the whole shop wins. What You Bring High school diploma or GED. 1–2 years hospitality or customer service experience (café/restaurant preferred). 6+ months experience in the role you’re applying for (preferred). Great communication, attention to detail, and teamwork. Dependable, punctual, and positive—no job is “not my job.” ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain).
