Distribution Center Supervisor, 2nd Shift
Position Summary: The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the warehouse processes are performed correctly and accurately by creating and implementing procedures, delivery employee training and monitoring key metrics. The Warehouse Supervisor is the subject matter expert on all technical and IT systems within the warehouse and is also responsible for ensuring OSHA compliance. He/she manages the Pick/Pack/Shippers, oversees the receiving, stocking, and shipping operations and ensures that cycle counts are performed on time and accurately. The Warehouse Worker in Chatham is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all products that are received and/or shipped out of a specific location during the assigned shift. During their shift, the Warehouse Worker will assist with three main functions of the department: receiving, inventory control and cooler operations and shipping. They will work to company guidelines with respect to quality control, safety, and standard operating procedures to execute an accurate and on-time shipping and receiving function under the direction of the location Manager. This position reports to the location Manager in Chatham.
