Location: Milwaukee, WI Shift: 3rd Shift (7:30pm - 5:15am) Job Type: Full-Time | Hourly | On-Site Reports To: Assistant Fulfillment Center Manager Eligibility: This posting is intended for Wisconsin residents only About the Role Wantable is seeking a hands-on, people-first Fulfillment Center Supervisor to lead our dynamic 3rd shift team at our Milwaukee-based Fulfillment Center. In this critical, overnight role, you’ll supervise associates handling the picking, packing, and returns of curated fashion orders—ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and team success during off-peak hours. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, embraces operational excellence, and motivates teams through positive leadership. Key Responsibilities Lead the Team: Supervise Fulfillment Center Associates in executing nightly picking, packing, and returns processes. Operational Flow: Create and maintain efficient workflows by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and aligning shift activity with daily goals. Coaching & Development: Train new team members, provide ongoing coaching, and help tenured associates continuously grow. Quality Control: Monitor work for precision, order accuracy, and compliance with SOPs. Uphold high standards in neatness and timeliness. Workforce Management: Track time & attendance, manage schedules, approve breaks, and support associate needs during the shift. Issue Resolution: Maintain team harmony and act quickly to resolve interpersonal or operational conflicts. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with leadership and other shift supervisors to ensure seamless handoffs and issue reporting. Reporting: Complete daily reports and provide insight into trends, bottlenecks, and shift performance. Facility Oversight: Open and close the warehouse as needed; ensure shift safety and cleanliness. Step Up: Serve as acting Fulfillment Center Manager when required. This job description is not all-inclusive. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice. Requirements High School Diploma or GED Equivalent. Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment.  Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the company. Effective problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making under pressure. Professional demeanor with the ability to direct work constructively and collaboratively. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable adapting to change in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Able to foster accountability, inspire high performance, and support associate success. Effective communicator and team collaborator. Valid driver’s license. Preferred, but not required: Familiarity with Apple technology (iPads, iPhones, MacBooks). Working knowledge of Google products like Drive, Gmail, and Docs Physical demands: Frequent standing and walking throughout the shift. Occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Must be able to regularly lift up to 5 pounds and occasionally lift more than 75 pounds. Specific visual abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
