Warehouse Associate

As a Warehouse Associate at CBH Homes, you will play a vital role in our operations by ensuring that our warehouse runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include: Pulling and preparing materials for delivery. Stocking shelves and organizing products. Operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely. Handling deliveries, including loading and unloading trucks. Running parts as needed to support team operations. Controlling materials and waste to maintain an organized workspace. Your role is essential in helping us maintain a clean and efficient warehouse environment while contributing to our overall success. Requirements The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications: Ability to lift items up to 50 pounds regularly. Willingness to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts. Familiarity with warehouse equipment, specifically forklifts. Ability to work at heights of up to 40 feet when required. Must possess two valid forms of identification. Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset. Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
