Job Description: We are seeking highly energetic and passionate coaches to lead soccer classes for young children (15 months to 10 years old). Transport and Set Up Equipment: Carry, set up, and break down equipment before and after each class, ensuring the field is organized and safe. Implement Curriculum: Review and follow the Soccer Stars curriculum to ensure structured, goal-oriented, and educational sessions that align with child development benchmarks. Lead Soccer Classes: Deliver high-energy, engaging, and age-appropriate soccer classes for children ages 15 months to 10 years in a safe, supportive, and fun environment. Ensure Safety: Supervise children closely, provide individual support as needed, and maintain an inclusive play environment. Communicate with Families and Staff: Interact professionally and positively with parents, caregivers, school staff, and administrators before, during, and after classes. Collaborate with Management Team: Share feedback, attendance updates, and any relevant class information with the office staff to support program quality and consistency. Model Professionalism: Serve as a positive role model for children and families by demonstrating enthusiasm, respect, and professionalism in all interactions. Requirements Must be available for weekend mornings (8:30 AM – 12 PM). Willingness to travel to different school/park locations across the city of Chicago. Car is required for travel to different locations. Prior experience working with children is required. Prior soccer experience NOT necessary. A dynamic personality: You must be able to connect with children and lead an exciting and engaging class. Punctual and dependable: Expected to arrive 15 minutes before class start time (paid time) to set up and prepare. Must meet company background check requirements. As a Conduct Specialist, you will work closely with individuals who have behavioral and conduct disorders, providing them with the support, guidance, and interventions they need to improve their social and emotional well-being. You will play a crucial role in developing behavior modification plans, implementing therapeutic strategies, and collaborating with families and a multidisciplinary team. The Role: As a Coach, you will lead children in exciting, educational activities. You’ll organize and run classes, ensuring each child’s safety, and helping maintain a positive, engaging atmosphere. The ideal candidate has experience working with children (e.g., as a sports coach, camp counselor, teacher, or leader) and enjoys being part of a team. We are looking for an energetic individual with 2+ years prior onboarding, account management, or customer training experience to join our Americas Team as an Implementation Specialist.
