Locally family owned towing company is seeking 2 flatbed drivers to join our team.This position is Mon-Fri 8am to 6pm with rotate Saturdays half days. This position drivers also haul two cars at a time we work in all climates of the weather we also provide the gear that you need. Maintenance Tech Multifamily Apartment employment type: full-time starting rate (doe) is $18-$19 first 90 days then $19 or $20 DOE or $21 (Plumbing skills)+. We will also pay towards your medical insurance up to $350 per month. Basic skills in HVAC (replace filters, thermostats, clean or replace thermocouple, identify problem, drain water lines, etc). Replacing zone valves, ability to fix sleeve AC units and more expertise (so we avoid calling our HVAC is a plus ($$)), PLUMBING (replace fixtures (sinks & toilets), basic snaking, repair leaks, replace; stems, water lines, diverter, shut off valves, and general hot water tank, etc. (the ability to snake like a plumber, replace drain lines is a plus ($$)), minor electrical (replacing light fixtures, replace / install electric plugs, ceiling fans, etc.), drywall patch and start to finish, ability to replace / install door jambs, cabinets, tub surrounds, repair ceilings, and other general household repair such as repairing screens, replacing broken window, etc. You must have basic tools for general maintenance such as power tools i.e. drill, saw, etc. plus various hammers, screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, socket sets, electric tester, safety equipment (glasses), measurement/alignment tools. Larger tools we either have or will rent. Minimum maintenance experience is 1 year doing full-time work. You must have a valid driver’s license, a car (East side locations (South Euclid, Beachwood, Shaker Heights, Bedford & Garfield Heights), and a clean criminal record. This position involves handling confidential mail, performing identity verification, collecting biometric fingerprints, and ensuring all procedures comply with state and federal regulations. Responsibilities: 1. Fingerprinting & Mail Services Collect and process biometric fingerprint submissions using Live Scan equipment. Receive, sort, and process incoming and outgoing mail on behalf of clients. Manage confidential documents and ensure proper chain of custody procedures. Accurately log and track documents received and dispatched. Assist customers with mailing services including certified, overnight, and international shipping options. This portion of the role requires occasional weekend availability. 2. Customer Service & Compliance Provide a professional and welcoming environment for all customers. Explain processes clearly and guide clients through fingerprinting and mail services. Handle sensitive data with the utmost confidentiality and discretion. Follow all operational and safety procedures as outlined in company policies and applicable laws. Verify customer identities using government-issued photo IDs. Ensure accuracy and compliance with California Department of Justice (CA DOJ) fingerprinting standards. Successfully obtain and maintain a valid and active certification from the CA DOJ to perform fingerprinting services. Assist customers with understanding and completing fingerprinting forms and requirements. and other duties as assigned. Requirements and Skills: Successfully obtain or already have an active fingerprint roller certification from the California Department of Justice (CA DOJ). Ability to pass background check and fingerprint clearance. Familiarity with handling sensitive personal data (e.g., secure mail, compliance protocols). Prior experience in Live Scan fingerprinting, mailroom operations, or document processing. Bilingual skills in Spanish are a plus. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Work Environment & Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand movements. Must be comfortable working with biometric devices and computer systems. Some light lifting (up to 25 lbs) may be required for handling mail or equipment.
