Overview: We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented RV Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the skills to diagnose, inspect, adjust, repair, and overhaul recreational vehicles, including travel trailers. You will work with a variety of systems, such as gas, electrical, hydraulic, plumbing, and chassis/towing, and may specialize in the repair of generators, appliances, and interior components. Diagnostics & Repair Diagnose and troubleshoot various RV systems and components. Perform functional repairs and install parts to meet quality standards. Conduct pre-delivery inspections to ensure operational readiness. System & Structural Work Repair and maintain propane gas and electric appliances. Handle fiberglass, body, and structural repairs. Install, repair, and maintain roofs, siding, windows, doors, vents, awnings, and flooring. Electrical & Plumbing Service 12V and 110V electrical systems and batteries. Maintain and repair RV plumbing and water systems. Documentation & Communication Read and write repair orders, clearly documenting parts used and work performed. Communicate effectively with service advisors, parts team, and other departments. General Support Use service manuals, catalogs, and digital tools to research and complete repairs. Perform other duties as assigned to support the department and customer satisfaction. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in RV, automotive, or carpentry-based repair roles. Hands-on construction and carpentry experience. Familiarity with hitch work and brake control installation. Basic electrical knowledge (12V and 110V systems). Certifications required: RVIA, RVIT (Revit), 12V, and 110V — OR equivalent experience in RV maintenance and repair. Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. Proficient with basic computer systems and documentation. Ability to read tape measures and use hand/power tools effectively. Willingness to work weekends and in un-climate-controlled environments. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25-50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision and depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Who you are: A Field Service Technician I is responsible for installing, monitoring, and maintaining Semios devices on customer sites in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction and device data is accurately captured. Position Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. Lift and Vehicle Maintenance Technician
The Lift and Vehicle Maintenance Technician ensures the safe and efficient operation of lift equipment and fleet vehicles at the Snow Bowl and Rikert Nordic Center by conducting thorough maintenance, adhering to industry standards, and providing ongoing training to staff. They play a critical role in maintaining guest and staff safety while promoting a positive experience.  This is a full time, benefits eligible, hourly position with a hiring range of $24.47 - $30.59 per hour. It is a year-round position. Core Responsibilities: Perform all aspects of maintenance on all lift equipment following ANSI B-77.1 codes, manufacturers requirements, federal and state requirements, and Insurance requirements, including reference to technical equipment manuals to ensure proper procedures are followed and proper settings are maintained.  Dismantle/test/replace/assemble equipment to examine and replace parts for defect or to identify and correct malfunctions.  Perform daily pre- operational tests and inspections of lift equipment including accurate daily checks of all machinery, engines, motors, coupling/uncoupling points and other critical areas. Notify Manager/General Manager of any condition or occurrence that may adversely affect the safe operation or experience of staff and/or guests.  Offer continual training and assistance of standard operational and safety practices to the lift attendants and operators on all lifts.  Perform fleet vehicle maintenance and repair including, but not limited to, trucks, snowcats, 4x4’s, and snowmobiles.  Complete and maintain all required maintenance logs and records.  Plan and develop with Manager lift inspections, equipment/vehicle replacement schedules, and any other major items impacting the budget.  Perform other related activities as necessary, including but not limited to, snow removal, construction projects, and trail mowing.  Requirements Welder certification and Journeyman Electrician’s license or equivalent preferred  5 years previous experience or equivalent in ski area maintenance  Prior lift maintenance (mechanical and electrical) experience  Must have or be able to obtain a valid US driver’s license  Must be willing to work flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, evening shifts, and occasional overtime  Physical Demands and Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding outdoor environment, including exposure to cold temperatures, snow, and inclement weather conditions.  Must be able to stand, walk, and move around on uneven terrain for extended periods.  Must be able to work efficiently at heights  Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds  Other: An offer for this position is contingent upon successful completion of a criminal background check and references.
