Key Responsibilities Diagnostics & Repair Diagnose and troubleshoot RV systems and components across multiple trades. Perform functional repairs and install replacement parts to meet quality standards. Conduct pre-delivery inspections (PDI) to ensure vehicles are ready for customer handoff. Systems & Structural Work Repair and maintain propane gas and electric appliances. Handle fiberglass, body, and structural repairs. Install, repair, and maintain roofs, siding, windows, doors, vents, awnings, and flooring. Electrical & Plumbing Service 12V and 110V electrical systems, including batteries and wiring. Maintain and repair RV plumbing and water systems. Documentation & Communication Read and write clear repair orders, documenting parts used and work performed. Communicate effectively with Service Advisors, Parts team, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
