Key Responsibilities: Research & Content Development: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and subject matter experts to gather information and understand the technical details and strategic goals of products or services. Content Strategy: Contribute to content strategy by identifying content gaps, suggesting new whitepaper topics, and aligning with the overall marketing and sales strategy. Quality Assurance: Ensure all content is free from errors, adheres to company style and branding, and meets high standards of quality. Requirements Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Technical Writing, Computer Science, or related field. 3+ years of experience in technical writing, with a focus on technology content. Proficiency in writing technical content, including whitepapers, solution briefs, and case studies. Strong understanding of IT concepts such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, data management, AI/ML, and networking. Ability to translate technical language for both technical and non-technical audiences. Research and analytical skills to gather relevant information from various sources and organize it coherently. Experience with content management systems (CMS) and tools such as MS Word, Adobe Acrobat, or Markdown. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
