Maintain accurate records of daily operations, tracking sheets, employee attendance, and performance evaluations. Requirements Previous experience in a supervisory role within the carwash/detailing industry or a related field. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional results. Solid knowledge of car cleaning and detailing techniques, equipment, and products. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences for customers.
