Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Industrial Mechanical General Foreman and a strong understanding of Industrial Mechanical systems. Be able to run several projects on one Industrial site. Have good communication skills Ability to work on tools when needed. Be able to mentor Foreman’s, Journeymen, and apprentices. Be able to read schematics and blueprints Assist with planning of work as well as schedule and cost code reading, structure, and development, and material ordering. Have working knowledge of Procore. We are a solar engineering and construction company based in East Brunswick seeking a full-time office clerk. This field-based role focuses primarily on coordinating inspections with townships, communicating with inspectors, and serving as the main link between the construction team and the office. The position also involves visiting job sites to assist with equipment activation and ensuring everything aligns with project timelines. Some basic knowledge of electrical systems and codes is preferred, or at least a strong willingness to learn. Additionally, good driving skills and a clean driving record are required, as site visits are essential. Office tasks such as preparing permit applications and submitting forms will also be part of the role, though secondary. Candidates must be fluent in English, and Spanish is a plus. About the Position Program and tune multiple axis of motion control Program and debug PLCs and HMIs Design control systems used in high-performance machinery Plan and coordinate new equipment installations Supervise installation and optimization of machinery Identify and implement process improvements Administer modifications of existing PLC programs in conjunction with mill personnel Efficiently manage multiple projects and processes across a large scope of work, simultaneously gauging task priority Train personnel in maintenance and operation of equipment Some overnight travel to divisions within California and Washington Provide phone support for division technicians for troubleshooting Qualifications Related Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience Strong working knowledge of motion controllers, PLCs, servo systems, and HMIs Experience with servo and hydraulic motion control and tuning preferred Experience with Allen Bradley Control Logix and Kinetix systems preferred Machine vision experience a plus Ability to manage time and priorities under demanding circumstances Excellent communication, listening, and reasoning skills AutoCAD proficiency a plus Strong math skills Why Join Our Team? Directs and coordinates the usage of marine site equipment, laborers and marine-related materials to ensure that marine projects are completed successfully and according to schedule. Responsible for production, quality control, workforce management and safety of all staff on designated jobs. Pay Rate: $120,000-150,000/yr ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Oversees and monitors projects to ensure work is completed on-time and within budget Works within the scope and budget assigned to project and coordinates progression of the job with management and the customer Reviews job schedules and complexity of projects to determine work priorities and assign appropriate staff to specific jobs/tasks Organizes, supervises, leads and trains employees to complete projects within established guidelines and timeframe Maintains control of personnel/project staffing and may recommend disciplinary action Submits crewmembers timesheets into payroll by deadline Interacts effectively with shipyard management and their employees Ensures safety policies are adhered to and compliance requirements are met Provides project managers and support staff with project updates and other relevant information Implements inspection checklists Oversees Foremen and production staff, the number of which varies according to the project, but may exceed 25 people.
