Join our dynamic team as a Foreman, where you will lead and complete exciting construction projects while managing the efforts of skilled subcontractors. You will be the key communicator, ensuring seamless coordination between the Project Manager, clients, agency representatives, and subcontractors, keeping projects on track and on time. Key Responsibilities: Daily Briefings: Conduct daily tailgate meetings, engaging the crew with site hazard discussions and safe behavior practices, ensuring everyone is equipped with the proper PPE. Safety First: Lead daily Permit to Work/AHA discussions, highlighting the day’s activities and associated risks. Team Coordination: Review individual assignments with crew members, ensuring clarity and efficiency. Equipment Maintenance: Ensure daily inspections of equipment and tools, maintaining them in top condition. Accurate Documentation: Keep precise daily notes and field logs to track progress and issues. If you are experienced, you can hit the ground running. Otherwise, we'll help guide you with our existing team. This person will be working on drafting plans for both Washington and Idaho. The ideal candidate will be proficient in any CAD software and possess a strong understanding of design principles. We use Chief Architect, however, you don't have to have experience with Chief (if you do, that's a bonus, and let us know). Experience with AutoDesk Revit or other software is fine. We'll teach you Chief Architect, you bring the willingness and ability to learn new software.
