Stanbridge University is seeking a passionate and organized Student Services Officer to support student success and retention. This role plays a vital part in fostering a positive student experience by providing guidance, outreach, and academic support. Essential Functions: Support new student onboarding by assisting with orientation activities Conduct regular classroom visits to monitor student progress and engagement Track attendance, grades, and missing assignments; follow up with students via phone or email regarding remediation needs Refer students to on-campus resources and schedule one-on-one retention meetings for tutoring, success plans, and remedial support Assist with incident reports and conduct investigations related to academic integrity, bullying, or code of conduct concerns Track and maintain records for Dean’s List and Perfect Attendance awards Participate in weekly interdepartmental meetings to discuss student support strategies Perform other student services duties as assigned Qualifications: Master’s degree in a related field preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills Prior administrative support experience required Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills Collaborative and team-oriented mindset $21.00 – $23.00/hr. All compensation is dependent on education and experience.
