Maintain accurate and complete student financial aid records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with other university departments to resolve complex financial aid issues and provide excellent service to students. Stay up-to-date with changes in financial aid regulations and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders. Assist with the development and implementation of financial aid policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance, accounting, or education. Previous experience in a financial aid or student services role within higher education. Strong knowledge of federal and state financial aid programs and regulations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively explain complex information to diverse audiences. The primary role of the NAEP 2026 Assessment Administrator (AA) is to administer assessments in participating schools for grades 4, 8, and 12 in public and private schools. AAs will be administering assessments using school devices. This includes collaborating with your team to install the NAEP application on school devices and troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise.
