Parking Facility Auditor / Checker (Portland)

Parking NW is looking for Full-time Parking Facility Auditors to work in our downtown Portland locations. Schedule is dependent on your availability. Key Responsibilities • Issuing Penalty Notices to vehicles not displaying a current proof of payment for their parking session or are improperly parked. • Accurately input Penalty Notice required information on handheld device and print Notice. • Report any deficiencies on locations with respect to appearance, safety, equipment, and lighting. • Correctly and accurately identify vehicles parked in violation of applicable regulations and payment requirements. • Notify manager of any situations that may require further attention or action and report hazardous situations and conditions. • Maintain assigned equipment and supplies with due care and diligence.
