And reasonably clean and nice person A dog would be very welcome friend for my great friendly dog. Nice open home, fenced backyard. Ranch style home so be in same proximity, so hoping for amiable person I’ll get along with, house is always clean. Someone that would feel comfortable here ideally. Our private park is 100 yards away, no through streets, great for walking or biking, or just out on deck in very private backyard. I have a bicycle, private neighborhood with no through streets, great for walking, jogging, have a dart board, games. It’s a great, safe, clean place. Your bathroom is pretty much new.
