$1,400 Beautiful Furnished Room next to USF, Haight, Golden Gate Park (USF / panhandle)

We are renting a room in a beautiful, spacious flat in a Victorian right on the Panhandle, three blocks from USF, Golden Gate Park and the Haight with plenty of options for public transportation. The room is spacious, recently painted, quiet, overlooking garden, includes a full bed with bedding, armoire, desk with chair, coffee table, chaise etc. The room is available August 4th for two months with the possibility to extend to up to ten months. You would share the flat with 3 awesome humans. However, if you are looking for a social environment, that's not us. Although everyone is friendly and courteous, we are all busy with our lives and mostly keep to ourselves. A large, well-equipped kitchen is available for light cooking. We are a quiet and clean household, and you must be responsible, respectful and clean. No smoking, drugs or excessive drinking in the house. Rent is $1400/mo + $125/mo flat fee for utilities (water, power, internet, garbage, laundry). A deposit of $1500 will be required prior to moving in. Please include: 1.
