Hey what's up everyone thanks for reading! This is a super great apartment in a super chill location. Easily get to downtown in 10 minutes by car more like a half an hour if you're using the newly opened Green line station up the street. You can also bike to Davis Square in about 15 minutes. This place has in unit laundry as well as hardwood floors and a modern kitchen. There's a basketball court in the backyard and another basketball court at Barry Park up the street. No pets please! Please include a social media link or at minimum a bio / description of yourself as well as when you need to move in and so forth. Dates negotiable, looking for someone to move in sometime this summer. Hope to hear from you soon! Parking is super easy on the street or for additional cost there may be off street parking available. You'd be sharing the space with 3 other dudes who are chill but also considerate. We try not to the place devolved into animal/frat house with tons of messes and loud parties/subwoofing.
