The room: Located on the main floor of the house, 125 sq. ft., higher ceilings, closet with shelves, ceiling fan, fir floors. Can be furnished or unfurnished. Furnishings include: queen size bed, desk, chair, lamp, and night stand. The house: Bath shared with just one other person (I use the second bath upstairs). Full use of kitchen and common areas.
