If you don't have a car, and need to be near downtown, this may not be the place for you. We are located a block or so from the intersection of Lopez and Aqua Fria. This ad is for a room for One person only, No couples. Pets are a possibility, but they must get along with cats. There are cats in the house currently so any dogs would have to be cat friendly. I am looking for someone who is not an alcoholic and who has no history with heavy drug use. The room that is available is on one side of the house where two bedrooms are. Then there is another bedroom on the other side of the house. You would share a bathroom with only one other person. The room has some furnishings now, but they can be taken out if you don't need them. The house will have three people total. This is a large house, so I couldn't get all of it in the photos. The house is very sunny with lots of rooms that are available for your use. This is the perfect place for someone who lives a quiet lifestyle but enjoys a nice spacious home with lots of sun, windows and yards. Washer/dryer in the laundry room. Gas oven and range. Wood, Electric and Gas heat in the house. Fully supplied kitchen with double sink. There is private parking and multiple yards. Although 420 tolerant, no alcoholics or people with a history of heavy drug addiction please.
