We have a 4-bedroom upstairs flat just a block from West Oakland BART — super convenient for anyone commuting to San Francisco (just one stop away) or traveling around the East Bay. The location makes getting around a breeze, while still offering a comfortable, homey spot to come back to. We’re seeking someone who is: •30+, employed outside of the home •Clean, respectful, and mindful of personal space •Willing to help keep common areas tidy and clutter-free •Social and friendly, but not someone who brings the party home The vibe here is relaxed and considerate. We’re friendly with each other but not a big communal household — though we do enjoy the occasional shared meal.
