Rent is $800/month. - In a 6 bed, 1 bath apartment - 10 minute walk to Malden Center T stop (orange line) - Electricity, gas, and internet shared amongst roommates - Free parking in driveway and on street parking with permit - We do not have a living room. Kitchen and bathroom are our common areas. - You will be sharing the common areas with 5 other roommates.
