One bedroom is available for rent in a lovely house in central Bend, just 5 minutes west of downtown, starting in October! Please read the full ad~ The House: 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom split level design. The available bedroom is on the larger side, with a south facing window and a full sized deep width closet. There's a garage for storage, a spacious carpeted living room, washer and dryer, and a back deck with views of the city. The location is fantastic, very accessible and walkable (5 mins to Newport market, 10 mins to Drake park). We are near a park with wonderful grass. The lower level has the open bedroom, shared bathroom, laundry room, other occupied bedroom, and storage closet. The upper level has the master bedroom, the living room and a half-bath. The main level is the entry way, dining room, kitchen, and garage access. Rent for the room is $800 + utilities ($60-$90 each person), and we will be renewing a 6 month lease with month-to-month potential after that time period. The security deposit due at move-in is $883. Pets are unfortunately not permitted. There will be an application through the property management.
