Pictures of the common areas are from before I moved in, except for the last picture (of the half bath).** Roommate wanted to share a 3 bed/1.5 bath row home in the heart of Hampden right off the Avenue. Female preferred, but open to all genders. LGBTQIA+ friendly. You must be OK with pets (cats/dogs). Additional pets considered on case by case basis. The house is fully furnished except for your room. There is a large, grassy, fenced-in backyard with trees, two patios for grilling/a fire pit, and a former vegetable garden just waiting to be restored to its former glory, if that’s your thing. The house has radiators for heat and window units for cooling. Rent is $800 a month plus half the cost of utilities and internet. About me: I am a professional cis female in my mid-30s. I have the master bedroom and third bedroom, which I use as my home office. I work from home about 50% of the time. I sometimes host movie/game nights with a few friends but in general I am pretty low-key. I’m looking for a fellow professional who is respectful, clean, and will equally contribute to household chores. No tobacco and no smoking/vaping of any kind inside the house. Tours are available beginning 9/10 as I am still clearing out that room. The lease renews yearly beginning on 10/1 but there may be some flexibility through 11/1 for the right person and with approval of the landlord.
