I have two comfy rooms in a spacious Outer Sunset house. We’re about a 7-minute walk to the N line, 10 minutes to the park, and close to 19th for easy commuting. Street parking is sane—never more than a block away. The first room is 11'x13', pleasantly sunny with a big closet. The second is sunny, breezy, with balcony access. We're looking for someone to start in October with a 1-year lease. The neighborhood is very safe and peaceful..
