$750 monthly. This is a room for rent. 10 minutes from the canyon and easily access to I-15 and I-215. Close distance to the stores, trax trains and restaurants. There are currently 3 men living in the unit. We are looking for a roommate. This is not a party house, so no drugs. There is one friendly dog in the home. Rent includes utilities and WiFi.
