Hello, We have a three bedroom apartment, and are looking to rent out the third bedroom. Bath is shared with one man. There are three of us total A married couple in their 50's have the master bedroom, and living room area. They are both very friendly, respectful and easy going. One works full time during the day. The other roommate is a single male in his 40's. He is quiet, respectful and easy to get along with, and works night shifts. We just do our own thing, we are friendly in passing, and cool to chat with, but don't ask many questions. Would be nice to find someone similar. We do dinners regularly, your welcome to be a part of it, or not. We do have a cat so we aren't really wanting more pets unless you're really good with them. We are at the end of a dead end street. We have lived here for multiple years, and have cool neighbors, and landlord. It has a balcony, washer and dryer, full kitchen with all the dishes, and cooking items needed in a regular home that you're free to use. We also have an extra full size fridge you would share with one person, and your own area in the pantry for your dry goods. The room is 11x10, and has decent size closet. Has a in wall heater, high speed Xfinity Internet, besides that it's a basic white room from the late 2000's. The room was being used as storage, so we are cleaning it out, and shampooing the carpet to get it ready. Will update photos when done. I am only asking for a $200 deposit, that is refundable, and October's rent to move in. If move in after October first rent is just prorated from move in date. To qualify you need to show income verification, and pass the landlord screening as required by my lease to make sure you're safe to move in. If you smoke cigarettes you have to go to the outdoor cigarette area about 200 feet from our unit, and make sure all butts are properly disposed of. Sorry apartment complex rules. We are 420 friendly, and one may have a few beers after work, but not into anything other than that. As for what we want from you, we just want someone who can follow the rules of the apartment complex, and stay at least 6 months. Our rules are just be friendly, handle situations with patience, and be respect. We do the same.
