We have a furnished bedroom for rent in our private home, with utilities included. This room is for single occupancy only. It does NOT have a private bathroom so you have to share our bathroom which is up one flight of stairs. There is a shared sink available to use in the laundry room. There is no smoking in the house and no drugs or pets allowed. The house is on the bus line, and there is one off street parking space available. We have three cats, a dog, and 2 birds, so if you have allergies, beware! The rent is $165 per week with first week and last week payable upon moving in ($330). We require proof of JOB income to pay your rent on time, and references from your present landlord, and employer.
