Built in 1910, this is a beautiful, roomy, two-story house with four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The first floor consists of a very large living room with bay windows and a formal dining room. Eat in kitchen with dishwasher, laundry room with washer and dryer, and full bathroom complete this floor. Four bedrooms and another full bathroom are located on the second floor. The house is centrally located on a tree lined residential street within walking distance to Kaiser, Broadway, and Piedmont Ave. This sun filled room features fresh paint, hardwood floors, and new blinds with a large closet. The house accommodates four individuals, each with their own room. All residents share the two full bathrooms. All the rooms, with the exception of the room for rent, are completely furnished. We ask that no televisions are placed in the common areas, but you may furnish your room with one if you wish. We do not provide storage with the exception of a space for bicycles. There are two parking spaces in the driveway which residents share on an alternating schedule. Street parking is available. The owner pays for water, garbage, and a gardener who comes twice a month. Residents pay for PG&E,.
