Hello! I am seeking someone with a solid general contractor/remodeling background who is looking for a place to live. Water, power, sewage, trash, wi-fi, and an extensive cable TV package are included. About the space: This large basement suite is in a big foothills home on a very quiet street, a few blocks below Gold Camp Road. This fully-furnished basement suite features a 30’ x 15' living room space with a 32” HD TV (Comcast, HBO, Showtime) with a kitchenette. While the kitchenette does not contain an oven, it does have an electric burner, a Keurig, a microwave, a water boiler, a double toaster, and plenty of dishes and utensils. The shared washer and dryer are in the room adjacent to the suite. The large primary bedroom is fully furnished, and has a closet space. The 3/4 bathroom (toilet, sink, shower), includes a recently installed ventilation system. The suites entrance is through the garage, meaning that the landlord and tenant have separate entrances.
