$1,665 Room for Rent (redwood city)

We are looking for a housemate: About us: We are 2 guys in our mid-20s. We are employed full time: one of us works regular business hours at a local company while the other works shifts. We are good friends and enjoy various activities ranging from board games to backpacking. We enjoy having dinner together as well as watching movies and TV shows when we have time. We are laid back and accommodating, and peoples’ schedules are spread out so there is rarely a line for the shower! About the house: We are in a 3 bedroom home in a residential neighborhood in Redwood City. The bedrooms are all on the top floor along with the bathroom, living room, dining room, and kitchen. There is a 4th room/office/family room behind the garage. We use the garage mainly as a work area for various project. The house also has a spacious backyard. There is plenty of parking, including off street parking. About the room(s): There are two open rooms in the house: one of the bedrooms and the room downstairs. The bedroom is 14 by 10.5 feet (pictures 2-8). The room downstairs behind the garage is much bigger: 19.5 by 11.5 feet (last 4 pictures). This room is a little more isolated from the rest of the house, but it does have its own entrance. There is a half bath also attached to the garage, but you would have to walk upstairs for the shower and kitchen. We can show you both options when you come to visit and you can pick whatever will work best for you. Who we’re looking for: We are looking for a good fit who will be a part of the household. Someone who is respectful and willing to help clean. This will likely be a young adult who is gainfully employed. We’ll probably have you over for dinner to see if we think things will work out. Rent is $1665 per month excluding utilities. We split the utilities evenly, averaging about $45 each per month. We are looking for someone to move in as soon as possible.
