For congenial, considerate renter-- I am now renting a sweet studio/cabin--we call it the Jack Kerouac Kabinne-- Lovingly built, fully furnished and re-furbished, studio Kabinne out front--close to the North Berkeley BART Station (on Sacramento & Virginia) on a quiet, leafy street, Berkeley 94703. The JK Kabinne is quite cozy--14X9 ft, 144 sq. ft, with small kitchen space, like on a small boat. Two convection hotplates, metal sink, small bathroom with shower stall and small sink. It's a special Kabinne that friends of mine have lived in happily for many years in our LGBTQ+ household. A dream cabin, very small, all utilities paid and covered, at $1600/month. The cabin is fully furnished with built in double bed w/ storage underneath. Includes a small fridge, toaster oven, microwave. House is old-fashioned Berkeley-style. And I am a retired gay Cal prof--from English, Theater, and Politics... think BERNIE in Berkeley! Friendly, considerate, progressive.
