Spacious Studio with Private Entrance and private bathroom in beautiful Livermore area -available for rent September 1. The room is fully furnished (queen size bed, desk, bookshelf, drawers, night stands, and much more), additionally, the monthly rent includes all utilities such as water, electricity, garbage, and WIFI. Please note that there is no kitchen available for use. However, the studio offers a nice kitchenette with enough storage space (see pictures). It includes a mini refrigerator (brand new -what you see on the picture is the old one.) and microwave. It's move-in ready! The rental agreement is flexible, operating on a month-to-month basis. Easy street parking is available. The room has central air/heating. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited both indoors and outdoors. Furthermore, we kindly request that there be no pets, overnight guests, or the consumption of drugs, smoking, illegal substances, excessive music/alcohol, or any drama. We aim to foster a harmonious and drama-free living environment. For one person only, no overnight visitor/ visitors. Rent is 1,350 per month plus 1 month deposit.
