I have an equally chill cat and am a homebody who WFH as a copywriter. I’m not too concerned about your lifestyle choices as long as you’re respectful, don’t mind upfront communication, and adhere to boundaries/chore splits agreed upon before move-in. This place is for people that don’t mind the chaotic hustle and bustle of Koreatown, but still want affordable housing in a building they can feel safe in. There’s on-site security, keyless entry, tandem parking in enclosed garages, and maintenance here is pretty diligent in ensuring the property is clean on a daily basis. It’s not luxury, but I feel fortunate to have found a fairly affordable place in this area where my basic needs are being met as a tenant. They’ve replaced both our fridge and dishwasher with newer models at request, so we’re not just stuck with outdated appliances. The building is also in front of a busy street, including 3rd and 6th street, which also means there are several grocery stores, restaurants, bakeries, coffeeshops, nightclubs, bars, and even some boutiques in walking distance. I’ve got a flat screen TV that you’d be free to use. I hope you’ll let my cat roam your room too, she’s not destructive and mostly just sits and watches people.
