Very private, safe, and CLEAN! $ 1250 rent plus $ 1,250 security deposit. All Utilities included: Wi-Fi, PGE, Water, Trash, and we have a Washer/ Dryer. We are looking for a laid-back, very responsible, considerate person who immediately cleans up after themselves, especially in common areas. Must have proof of income and prior rental references, MUST PAY RENT ON TIME or a $50.00 late fee will be applied. We drink socially, but no one here drinks excessively. If you do... it won't work out. We are clean, busy, friendly, and drama-free. We are looking for a similar person to join us as a third roommate. We have a HOUSEKEEPER 🎉 every other week. I pay the majority, but the roommate's portion is $35 every "other" week. It's not much when it gives you freedom from chores and a clean home to live in.
