Located in Adams Point, one block from Grand Ave, close to the lake. It is 15 minute walk to the 19th St. BART station. Rent is $1250/mo; includes all utilities, and internet. Security deposit is $1250. One year lease. The current roommates are five young working professionals in their mid-twenties and thirties. They are: an accountant, a tech sales, a Kindergarten French teacher, a elementary cooking/gardening teacher and an analyst work for State of Ca. My husband and I own and manage the property and live in San Francisco. We are looking for someone who is considerate, friendly, clean; doesn't bring the party home.
