Looking to fill the other bedroom with a female in their mid-20s to early 30s, who is LGBTQ friendly, single occupants only. Rent is $1,200/month, all utilities except Wi-Fi included. Amenities: hardwood flooring, full kitchen, central heating and air conditioning, washer and dryer, hot tub, Bi-weekly house cleaner for communal areas included in rent. The room is 9×13 unfurnished with two closets; shared furnished living space, kitchen, and bathroom in the apartment.
