Tons of shops including Walmart, Target and Publix as well as several restaurants, all within a mile. Room is furnished with bed, dresser and tv stand. Ceiling fan light with dimmer to help keep you cool on muggy nights. Second bathroom is right next to the room. All windows have hurricane shutters as well. Laminate floors, large granite counter top with high back stools to eat as well as new stainless steel appliances. Large patio (10x10) directly accessible from the room has a laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Half of the patio is covered, so rain isn't a problem. All community amenities available including clubhouse, gym and our newly renovated pool and jacuzzi will be opening soon. Must be willing to fill out application and pass background check I tend to be a homebody and like to have a peaceful environment although I do like to watch movies amd play video games on my home theater on weekends (I wake up at 4:30/5 a.m. for work M-F). I try not to start any movie past 8 or 9 and have headphones when playing games if needed. I do try to be as considerate as possible. Prefer text first, but will take phone calls.
