I am a gay male and I have a very large room to lease in my home . The room is 18 ft x 20 ft almost 400 sq ft and a very large closet , 3ft deep 8ft tall and 10 ft long . The bathroom has been remodeled , and has tub and a shower . You would share the kitchen ,living room , back patio , and large front yard . The home has a washer and dryer on site and the house has air conditioning . The bed room has concrete floors with 2 large rugs and 2 large west facing windows and a small window on the side . My neighborhood is great ,very close to St Francis for a quick trip to Taos or a short trip to the freeway to Albq. ,2 grocery stores close by and on the major bus route to downtown or the Mall . The room is unfurnished and at this time I am not allowing pets . The relationship between the home owner and the tenant is complex since we occupie the same space , good comunication is manditory and mutual respect of each others belongings key. I am an older man quiet and am looking for a laid back person. first and last month and references required . I need to mention that gas and water are included and electric is split 2 ways .
