My name Is Sameer. Currently me and another female roommate live here. I have a 3 Bedroom 2 bathroom Apartment. It is more on the nicer side and the bathrooms and everything was redone earlier this year. I have one bedroom available for rent with a private bathroom. Both the bedroom and bathroom are extremely nice and the bedroom comes furnished with a nice bed and mattress. The apartment is very spacious and has access to a backyard which is solely exclusive to the three individuals living here. I myself Sameer am a Medical Professional and my roommate is the same and are both working full-time. We are looking for someone who can afford 1,150 dollars a month which includes the rent and all utilities and comes alongside access to a Washer and dryer that is solely dedicated to us.
