Lease to end of July. Security deposit is same as 1-month's rent, $1100/month Laminated wood and tile floor throughout. No carpet. Convenient to major highways: 280, 87, 85, 101, and San Jose airport. Central A/C for heating and cooling. A workout gym in the finished basement. Washer and dryer in the house. Off-street parking in the driveway. Walking distance to San Jose Public library and Washington Elementary School. One mile distance to San Jose State University, SJSU. Bus stop nearby. We have a big backyard with lots of fruit trees, egg-laying hens, and bunny rabbits. The utility deposit is an additional $100/month for one person and $150 for two (covers water, gas, electricity, garbage, sewer, Comcast Internet and wifi) Criminal background, credit, bankruptcy, and eviction check. Must have a combined income 3x the monthly rent. Co-signers can be used for income qualification with 4x of the monthly rent. All people living at the property must fill out an application. People with eviction/bad credit history will NOT be considered. No smoking.
