Food Bazaar is one block away, and Whole Foods is walkable as well. Lots of nearby green space, including Randall’s Island and Marcus Garvey Park. This would be a great spot for couples, families, and we’re open to roommate situations for the right people. It’d be a convenient spot for students at Columbia especially, but also an easy commute to Fordham, NYU, CUNY, etc. The furniture situation is negotiable.
