About the room: Private room with a full-size bed frame, medium-sized closet, and two windows for great light and air flow. About the household: - Currently shared by working professionals in their 20s–30s. - Everyone has their own routine, so the apartment stays quiet and relaxed during the week. - We’re looking for someone tidy, respectful, and responsible — ideally someone who values a calm, clean home environment. House rules: No parties, smoking, drugs, or pets. About the lease: I’ve been leasing this apartment for years. Since one of us is moving out, we're looking for someone to take over. We prefer someone long-term. Minimum 6-month stay preferred.
