Our roommate is moving out end of october, we thus have a room available in the upper unit of the 3 bd 1.5 bath house with two roommates, close to colma Bart station, freeway, shopping and school. The two current roommates are male professionals in their late twenties/early thirties who are both easy going and chill, one guy was working in biotech, another works in tech. We are open to both male and female roommates. The bedroom available is 12 feet by 10 feet 5 inches, with a closet and a big window that lets in good amount of light. Rent is 1000 a month plus utilities which averages about 150 per month per person. Internet is about 35 a person per month. The room can be furnished with a queen sized bed and a desk if you like. Parking: 1 driveway first come first served among housemates, I always parked on the street with no problem Lease Duration: 6 months or 1 Year Laundry: In a covered space in the yard, the yard is large and one of the housemate is very into gardening, right now there is tomatoes growing in the yard as well as flowers.
