Room is around 120 sqft at $1000/month with a $400 security deposit. Term is month-to-month. I am looking for a non-smoking tenant only. No pets. No drugs. No overnight guests. No drama. Utilities and Wi-Fi are included in the rent. You will have access to all common areas (e.g., kitchen, bathroom, living room), and street/guest parking is available for your vehicle. The #202 public bus is very close. So even without a car, you can go anywhere.
