Communicate with drivers to provide instructions, address concerns, and ensure adherence to schedules. Use Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to optimize routes for efficiency. Monitor logistics operations to identify potential issues and implement solutions proactively. Requirements Proven experience in dispatching or logistics is preferred but not mandatory. Strong phone etiquette and communication skills. Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail is required. Familiarity with transportation management software is a plus. Ability to work well under pressure while managing multiple priorities simultaneously. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
