Work closely with engineering and production teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance quality and efficiency. Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO 9001, ANSI, and utility-specific transformer quality guidelines. Maintain detailed records and reports on quality performance metrics, including first-pass yield rates, defects per unit, and corrective actions taken. Conduct internal audits to monitor quality control effectiveness and regulatory adherence. Develop and implement employee training programs on quality control methods, process improvement techniques, and safety compliance. Foster a culture of accountability and quality awareness, ensuring employees understand their role in maintaining product integrity. Required Qualifications: Some college coursework preferred (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Quality-related fields a plus). 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in quality assurance or quality control. Prior leadership experience supervising inspectors, testers, or quality teams. Strong knowledge of transformer testing processes, electrical inspection methods, and industry regulations.
