Key Responsibilities • Safely pick up and deliver packages, documents, and other items to designated locations. • Efficiently navigate city streets and utilize public transportation (subway, buses) to ensure timely deliveries. • Operate a smartphone or company-issued device to access routing information, delivery instructions, and maintain accurate records. • Handle packages with care, including loading and unloading using a hand truck or cart. • Maintain professional communication with clients, customers, and the dispatch team. • Follow dispatch instructions and comply with all safety protocols and best operational practices. • Perform duties in various weather conditions. • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive documents and packages. Qualifications & Requirements • Minimum age requirement: 18 years. • High school diploma or equivalent preferred. • Physically fit with the ability to walk for extended periods. • Proficient in using smartphones and mobile applications for navigation and communication. • Familiarity with New York City streets and public transportation systems. • Strong time management skills and punctuality. • Positive attitude with the ability to work independently. • Proficient in spoken English. • Successfully pass a background check as part of the hiring process.
