LED Mobile Billboard Driver (Part-Time/Full-Time)

Location: Based in Sylmar, CA yard; routes across LA/SoCal/NoCal/OOS (occasional travel) Schedule: 6–10 hr shifts; weekdays/weekends; day & night rotations Pay: $22/hr - $25/hr + $25/day per diem when traveling; hotel covered when overnights are required What You’ll Do - Safely drive an Isuzu NPR LED truck on pre-planned routes using Google Maps/My Maps. - Operate onboard systems (diesel generator, LED screens), start/stop, fuel checks, basic monitoring. - Take POP photos every ~2 hours at key locations; send via WhatsApp to ops with quick notes. - Park/position the truck at events; follow staging and crowd-safe operating practices. - Complete simple daily logs (fuel/hours/notes) and end-of-shift checklist; return truck to the yard. - Interact professionally with the public and officials if needed (no sales or client comms, ops handles that). What It Takes - Clean driving record (2+ years licensed). CDL not required. - Comfortable driving box trucks in city traffic, events, and tight urban areas. - Tech-friendly: smartphone photos, WhatsApp, basic app navigation. - Professional appearance; dependable, on-time, follows directions. - Able to lift 40 lbs, climb in/out of cab, and stand during staging. - Willing to work nights/weekends/holidays when campaigns require. - Eligible to work in the U.S.; background/MVR check required. Nice to Have - Box-truck or route driving experience. - Basic mechanical awareness (fueling generator, checking fluids). - Familiar with GoMotive/ELD or DOT basics (we usually run within 150 air-miles; some travel gigs).
