There are the few of the requirements of the job as follows: • Have the ability to follow a script without deviation • Make a minimum of 80 calls a day or 400 per week • Verify your appointment for the following day • Follow-up with a Customer Survey after the Sales Rep. has gone on your appointment • Keep record of the responses and turn them into the Sales & Marketing Director each week • Be able to fill out a call log to keep record of calls made and appointments made • Have the ability to schedule 2 to 4 prospects a day • Enter appointments into a calendaring system • After scheduling appointments, send out contact info/meeting confirmation to the client • Help with scheduling needs of the sales staff when necessary • Must have access to a computer and to the internet Do these words describe you? • Self Motivated • Determined • Hard-working • Coachable • Optimistic • Money-motivated • Ethical • Smart • Have Good communication skills • Have Ambition • Have Great Work Ethic • Have an outgoing and people-oriented attitude Previous Sales Development experience necessary. Must obtain current TB ppd, or gold top serum test within two (2) days of hire [2-step if never been done before]. Preferred Qualifications: Computer keyboarding skills preferred.
